Pedophile has Volunteer Castration to get Prison Release

Francis Phillip Tullier from Louisiana volunteered to have his penis surgically removed. Why? So he could get out of his 27 year sentence in prison, of course. See he was convicted of molesting three little girls between the ages of 6 and 12. He didn't hurt them just once, or twice, No he did this horrid act to them SEVERAL HUNDRED TIMES! He even admitted to them all.

He would have died in prison if it weren't for his offer to have his penis cut off and believe it or not, the district attorney thought that would solve the whole issue with him being out on the streets. Forget the first problem, he was sentenced to 27 years. Where the hell is the justice now that his actual time in prison will be cut in half. Another thing, distric attorney, a pedophile can still molest and rape without his penis. The man is old but not stupid, in fact, he proved he was smarter than YOU!

This pedophile can and most likely will still use the hands you let him walk out of there with or a foreign object. Let me clear this up for the lousy two brain cells you have, these acts committed by pedophiles is also about the control over someone who cannot fight back. They savor that moment when they kill that beautiful innocense that a child posseses. They love being the one responsible for putting a horrible nightmare in that child's head forever, being the face that wakes the child up in the middle of the night screaming, being the one that MURDERED the child that once was and watching to see what emerges.

I would bet that this 78 year old man could not get a hard on any longer and therefore he might as well give it up. But he is still a danger and must not be underestimated.

Residents of ST. PAUL, Minn. Beware!!

This is John Rydberg. He has committed over 90 sexual crimes since 1969. He has been diagnosed by psychologists as a sexual sadist and having a psychopathic personality. Trust me when I say his offenses have left so much damage in his wake. If you don't believe me just google his name and read the stories from his victims.

The point of this is that he has asked the parole board to release him from the mental facility he has been housed. He actually tried to escape the detention center twice, yeah that sounds repentent. The parole board heard his case and they are deliberating their decision. They will give their decision next week.

Here are my words of advice to all the law abiding people in ST. PAUL, Minn. If this man gets released, he will act out his violence again and you had better be prepared. Change your schedules regularly so you don't have schedules that can be learned and counted on. Get your homes security systems, lock your doors religiously, maybe get a huge dog. Most of all, GET A DAMN GUN!!!!
