Serial sex offender left to roam unchecked and rape six girls

CHILD protection advocate Hetty Johnson says six innocent girls have paid the price for a weak child sex offender system after a serial pedophile raped and assaulted them at a Cairns home.
The 33-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect the identities of his victims, was a registered child sex offender when he abused the girls over four months in 2009.
He has been in and out of jail for child sex offences since the age of 19, and was released in 2008 after serving 18 months for photographing three young girls with his mobile phone.
The man was living with his de facto partner, who was unaware of his past, and her eight-year-old daughter when he stopped reporting his whereabouts to police.
In that time he raped and indecently dealt with his partner’s daughter and five of her friends, all under the age of 10, who often visited the home for sleepovers.
Ms Johnson said the case was a shocking indictment on the effectiveness of the Child Protection Offender Register, which requires pedophiles to report their movements to police over a period of time on release from prison or risk further punishment.
“The system has totally failed as six children are now victims of crime and will have a lifetime legacy to have to deal with because the system did not have the backbone to defend them,” she told The Cairns Post.
“We have an ongoing problem with releasing repeat child sex offenders into the community because we know what they are going to do next, they can’t help themselves.”
The man was sentenced to seven years’ jail in Cairns District Court yesterday after pleading guilty to 16 charges, including rape and indecent treatment of a child under the age of 12.
Taking into account the 348 days he has already served behind bars after two of the girls told their mother and police became involved, he will be eligible for parole on August 30 next year.

Here again are my thoughts:

Execute him! He should have been sent back to our manufacturer as a defective piece of equiptment. Let God deal with him!

Author of Controversial Pedophilia Book is released on probation

Okay, you all remember the controversy surrounding the guy who wrote the pedophile "how to" book. He had been extradited to Florida and arrested where he was charged with distributing obscene material depicting minors engaged in harmful conduct. Today he plead no contest and he has been sentenced to two years of probation to be carried out in Colorado where he lives. Oh, and he is not required to register as a sex offender!

So that's the story, Here is my opinion!

If they couldn't do better than that, then we must ban together to make legislation that requires some of the toughest sentencing in the world for harmful acts towards children. The Hate Crime Laws should apply to children. We should make sure that every child abuser is indicted on hate crimes, they hate the innocense children have, they hate the untouched purity, the loving peaceful nature of a child. That is why they do everything in their power to steal it. We as a Nation need to wake up and stand for our children!
